Vanessa assured us that every- one knows each other and that the staff and the residents truly care for each other. In addition to that, every single person involved in Fitzroy knows the families of the residents and they interact with them on a regular basis. In fact, the staff regularly receives pos- itive feedback from family members due to the high standards of care pro- vided to the residents. As Vanessa told us, one member of the staff has even been with Fitzroy of Merivale for more than 14 years.
