buildings, sporting and recreational

facilities, educational projects, office

developments, hospitals, medical

facilities and civil engineering.

its reputation also grew. Its consistent

record of meeting commitments and

delivering high quality construction

led to more building assignments.

A large portion of the Universal

Constructions’ projects are for the

state government. Speaking about the

company’s involvement in this sector,

John Mitchell says, “Sixty percent of

our work is with the state government

in Western Australia. All the projects

that we have done over the last 40

or 50 years have been on time and

within the budget”.

Completion on time is very important,

especially when you are finishing
