feasibility studies and due diligence,
planning concept design, detailed
design and documentation, approval
processes, site supervision and
contract administration.
Having executed many projects of
this type, Pritchard Francis’ team
will identify key issues applicable to
a project at the modelling stage and
ensure these issues are successfully
managed.
InJuly,2014, thecompanycompleted
the
Precinct 3, Port Hedland
bulk
earthworks project. Pritchard Francis
completed the initial due diligence for
the 70 hectare site located adjacent
to the Port Hedland International
Airport. Subsequently the company
was involved with the concept design,
detailed design and documentation
and tender documentation.
A total of 39 lots were developed
