James Neville Smith, the grandson
of the company’s founder, along with
the management team, has kept the
company focused. Before, the industry
was high volume and low value. Now,

“Our business is heavily moving into
more decorative, high-end products
and progressing moving away from
the more traditional low value
commoditized hardwood products”,
says James.
